CPR
Did you know that every year more than 250,000 people die from sudden cardiac arrest before reaching the hospital? A person's chance of surviving one of these attacks is currently less than 5%. However, a CPR trained first responder and an on site AED (defibrillator) can increase the victim's chance of survival up to 86%.
Each passing minute without CPR and defibrillation decreases a victim's chances of survival by 7 to 10%. The Medical Careers Institute at Coordinated Health can help you to be ready to save lives in the event of an emergency.
The Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) program at The Medical Careers Institute at Coordinated Health is associated with the American Heart Association (AHA). Our staff of instructors includes highly skilled and trained registered nurses and healthcare professionals whose mission is to help you to save lives.
