are excited to offer NIOSH* Approved (#43) Spirometry Training

• This course is designed for individuals in the occupational health & safety fields.
• This course provides practical knowledge in pulmonary function testing.
• The goal of this course is to enable participants to conduct spirometry screening and assessment and to participate in Medical Surveillance Programs at organizations.
• Graduates will be able to
  • evaluate and recognize graphic measurement techniques
  • understand forced vital capacity maneuver techniques
  • identify and interpret spirograms
  • comprehend the rationale for pulmonary function testing
  • understand how anatomy and physiology relates to pulmonary function testing.
• Duration: 16 hours.
• Upon passing a written and practicum examination, participants will receive a course certificate from the course instructor.
• Course Fee: $595
